Our centre of gravity is custom sheet-metal processing — punching, forming, bending, laser welding. Around it sits a full production group so a single order can combine technologies without leaving the building.

Punching, forming, threading and precision bending into panels, frames, enclosures and housings — from one piece to short series. Laser cutting and punching of sheet up to 6 mm — deliberately the thin and medium gauges our group needs.

Primary sheet-metal entry point. Punches, forms and pre-taps threads directly into raw stock, software-paired with the TruBend so geometry is tested against the bend sequence before any material is committed. Processes sheet up to 6 mm thick in a 1250 × 2500 mm sheet format.

Press brake

Bends pre-punched sheet into structural panels, frames and housings. 1700 kN press force (≈ 170 t) over a 3230 mm bending length. ACB Wireless and ACB Laser measure the angle during the bend and correct it; a 5-axis back gauge (X, ΔX, R, Z1, Z2) positions every stop automatically.

Automatic tool setup

Works hand in hand with the TruBend as its automatic tool store and changer: upper and lower tools are kept in the ToolMaster and changed into the press automatically. The Tool Change Upgrade package adds a fourth storage level. Even a one-off bend starts with the programmed tooling in place.

Laser welding

The welding head on the FANUC arm. Clean, repeatable, low-distortion welds on sub-assemblies built for ten-plus years of cyclic loading, with laser pre- and post-cleaning in the same workflow.

Frequently asked questions
What file formats do you accept?
The instant-quote tool accepts 3D models in STEP or STP format. If your part is in another format, contact us — we can usually handle it.
Can I really order a single piece?
Yes. There are no tooling minimums for sheet-metal work. One-offs, prototypes and replacements are exactly what the instant quote is built for, and quantity breaks reward larger runs.
Why order custom parts here instead of importing?
Importing from Asia pays off at high volume and when you can wait. For single pieces, short runs and urgent jobs the math flips: we quote instantly, produce locally in Central Europe and ship fast — with no minimum order.
Which technologies are available?
Sheet metal is the core — TRUMPF TruMatic punching and forming, TruBend bending and ToolMaster automatic tool setup. We laser-cut and punch sheet up to 6 mm thick in sheet formats up to 1250 × 2500 mm; plasma, waterjet and thick plate are outside our scope.
