Our machines and their real limits

Technical data of the machines we own and run in Klecany, taken from handover protocols, contractual technical specifications and invoices. No catalogue promises for options we did not buy.

The line: punching + laser → bending

Blanks are made on the TruMatic 1000 fiber combination machine — punching, forming, thread forming and fibre-laser cutting in one clamping. Bending happens on the TruBend 5170, which takes its upper and lower tools automatically from the ToolMaster store.

What we do

  • Sheets up to 2500 × 1250 mm without repositioning (2035 × 1250 mm in combined laser + punch mode).
  • Laser cutting: mild steel and stainless up to 6 mm, aluminium up to 5 mm, brass up to 6 mm.
  • Punching at 165 kN, forming (embossing, louvres, extrusions) and thread forming M2.5–M10 directly in the sheet.
  • Bends up to 3230 mm long at 1700 kN, with ACB angle measurement and CNC crowning.
  • Blank weight up to 150 kg.

What we don't do

  • Sheet thicker than 6 mm — the calculator is deliberately capped at 6 mm (the machine tops out at 6.4 mm).
  • Laser-cut aluminium above 5 mm.
  • Sheets larger than 2500 × 1250 mm in one clamping; larger parts only by repositioning and after review.
  • Plasma, waterjet or tube cutting — we do not have those machines.
  • Galvanised sheet: the manufacturer's documentation gives no laser thickness limit; we confirm it per job.
